Note that 16GB of RAM is the baseline across every single tier, including minimum — this isn’t a game you’ll want to try running on 8GB. Storage is also a flat 50GB across the board, and it needs to be an SSD; Capcom hasn’t published separate mechanical-drive numbers, which is a strong hint the game leans on fast streaming.
What to Expect at Each Hardware Tier
At minimum spec, expect 1080p at 30fps with Low settings — playable for a story-driven action game like this, but you’ll notice softer textures and shorter draw distances during the bigger Genma encounters. Recommended spec is where the game starts to feel right: a stable 60fps at 1080p on Medium is enough to keep up with Onimusha’s parry-heavy combat, which punishes input lag more than most action games.
