Invokyr, the co-op horror game built around a cursed 1970s board game, hits Steam Early Access on October 8, 2026. Before you gather three friends and roll the dice, here are the Invokyr system requirements your PC needs to meet.
One caveat first: the Steam page for the full game still lists its system requirements as “TBA”. The numbers below come from the official Invokyr demo on Steam, which is the best guide we have until the developer updates the early access listing. Early access builds change, so check the store page on launch day.

What to Expect at Each Tier
The 16 GB of RAM is the number most people will trip over. Plenty of older gaming PCs still ship with 8 GB, and that machine will struggle here regardless of how good its graphics card is. If you are at 8 GB, upgrading memory is the cheapest fix.
The minimum tier is built around a GTX 1650 or RX 580, so expect 1080p at lower settings. That is fine for a horror game where the lighting does a lot of the work, but a house full of shifting rooms and summoned monsters is the kind of scene where frame drops show up at the worst moment. The recommended tier with an RTX 3060 or RX 6600 XT should hold higher settings at 1080p comfortably.

Storage is easy: 5 GB is small, and an SSD will keep load times short between rounds. Because the game is online co-op for up to four players, a stable connection matters as much as the hardware. A weak connection will hurt your session more than a weak GPU.
Release Date, Platforms and Price
Invokyr is made by Ludogram and published with Shochiku. It launches in Early Access on October 8, 2026, on Windows via Steam. There is no Mac, Linux or console version announced. Steam tags it as Free To Play, but the store page does not show a confirmed price at the time of writing, so verify that before you share a link with your group.

The downside of any early access horror game is rough edges: expect bugs, balance changes and missing content. The demo has a 94 percent positive rating across more than 1,100 reviews, which is a good sign, but the demo is not the full game.
