Truckful System Requirements: Can Your PC Run It?

Truckful launches on Steam October 9. Here are the official minimum and recommended PC specs, what they mean in practice, and whether your rig can run it.

Truckful is a single-player delivery adventure where you drive an old pickup through countryside valleys, haul awkward cargo for villagers, and slowly work out what is wrong with the forest nearby. It launches on Steam on October 9, 2026, and the good news is that the hardware ask is small. Here is what the developer lists, and what that means in practice.

Minimum Requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
  • Processor: any 64-bit CPU (no specific model listed)
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 2 GB VRAM, GeForce 900 series or better
  • DirectX: Version 10
  • Storage: 2 GB available space
  • Sound: any integrated stereo card

Recommended Requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
  • Processor: any 64-bit CPU (no specific model listed)
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 3 GB VRAM, GeForce GTX 1060 or better
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 3 GB available space
  • Sound: stereo or Dolby Digital 5.1

What to Expect at Each Tier

The minimum spec points at hardware from around 2014, so most laptops with a dedicated GPU will start the game without trouble. Because the developer does not name a CPU, the physics simulation is the part to watch: cargo that slides and tips depends on the processor, and an older dual-core chip may stutter on rough roads even if the graphics settings are low. Treat the minimum as “it runs”, not “it runs smoothly”.

The recommended tier is a GTX 1060 with 8 GB of RAM, which is a modest target by 2026 standards. Anything from a GTX 1660 or RX 580 upward should handle it comfortably. Note that Steam lists the storage need at only 2 to 3 GB, so you will not need to clear space for it. These numbers come from the Steam page before launch, so they could change slightly at release, and we have no performance benchmarks yet.

Release Date, Platforms and Price

Truckful is developed by MythicOwl and published by Pocketpair Publishing. It arrives on PC through Steam and on Android through Google Play on October 9, 2026, with PS5 and PS4 versions planned for later. The Steam page lists Windows, Mac and Linux, full controller support, and a note that a gamepad is recommended, which makes sense for a physics-driven driving game. As of this writing no price has been announced on Steam, so check the store page on launch day.

If you like slow, cosy driving games with a bit of mystery, it looks worth a look. If you want fast arcade racing or heavy combat, this is probably not the one.
