We Were Here Tomorrow System Requirements: Can Your PC Run It?

We Were Here Tomorrow hits Steam on October 20. Here are the minimum and recommended PC specs, what to expect at each tier, and what to check first.

We Were Here Tomorrow, the new entry in the asymmetrical co-op puzzle series from Total Mayhem Games, lands on Steam on October 20, 2026. You and a partner wake up in a Norček facility with no memory of how you got there, and you have to talk each other through the puzzles because each of you only sees half the picture. Before you invite a friend, here is what your PC needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or equivalent
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB or equivalent
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband internet connection
  • Storage: 25 GB available space
  • Extra: a working PC-compatible microphone

Recommended Requirements

  • OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or equivalent
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 or equivalent
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband internet connection
  • Storage: 25 GB available space
  • Extra: a working PC-compatible microphone

What to Expect at Each Tier

The minimum spec is built around a GTX 1660 Ti with 6 GB of VRAM, so a mid-range card from a few years ago should be enough to get playable frame rates at lower settings. This is a puzzle game, not a twitch shooter, so a steady frame rate matters less than a stable connection and clear voice chat.

The recommended spec (Ryzen 5 5600X, 16 GB RAM, RTX 3060) is the safer target if you want higher settings and fewer hitches on a 1080p or 1440p screen. Steam does not publish exact resolution or frame rate targets for either tier, so treat these as guidelines until players report real benchmarks after launch.

Things That Can Trip You Up

Two requirements are easy to miss. First, the game asks for Windows 11, so a Windows 10 machine may be a problem. Second, a working microphone is listed as a requirement, which makes sense since the whole game is about describing what you see to your partner. The game supports cross-platform multiplayer, so your co-op partner could be on another system, but you both need a solid broadband connection.

Release Date, Platforms and Price

We Were Here Tomorrow releases on October 20, 2026 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Total Mayhem Games is both developer and publisher. The price had not been announced at the time of writing, so check the Steam page closer to launch. A demo has been available on Steam, which is a good way to test your setup and your partner’s patience before buying.
