Rivage System Requirements: Can Your PC Run It?

Rivage launches today on PC. Here's the exact CPU, GPU, and RAM you need to run Exnilo Studio's sci-fi puzzle adventure at minimum and recommended settings.

Rivage is out today, and it’s the kind of small sci-fi puzzle game that could sneak up on people who like slow, atmospheric exploration more than combat. Developed by Exnilo Studio and published by Raw Fury, it puts you aboard the A.R.E.S. space station as Miranda, waking up alone after some kind of anomaly has trapped the ship and scattered the rest of the crew. The puzzles run on gravity, magnetism, and time mechanics rather than jump scares or gunplay, closer in spirit to Superliminal or The Talos Principle than anything horror-adjacent. If your PC is on the older side, it’s worth checking the numbers before you buy.

Minimum Requirements

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-9400F or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1070 Ti or AMD RX Vega 56
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 12 GB available space

Recommended Requirements

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-11400F or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
  • Memory: 32 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA RTX 3060 (12GB) or AMD RX 6700 XT
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 12 GB available space

What to Expect at Each Tier

The minimum spec is higher than you’d guess for a puzzle-adventure game, and the 16 GB RAM floor is the number most players will trip over first, not the GPU. A GTX 1070 Ti is an eight-year-old card at this point, so the actual bottleneck for a lot of setups will be system memory rather than graphics horsepower. At minimum spec, expect 1080p at lower settings with some texture pop-in during scene transitions, since the game streams a lot of environmental detail as you move through the station.

Recommended spec doubles the RAM to 32 GB and asks for a genuinely modern GPU like an RTX 3060 or RX 6700 XT. That jump suggests Rivage is doing more with lighting and physics simulation under the hood than its premise lets on, likely tied to those gravity and magnetism puzzles. At recommended spec, you’re looking at 1440p with settings turned up and none of the streaming hitches minimum-spec players might notice.

Release Date, Platforms, and Price

Rivage launches today, September 22, 2026, confirmed for PC via Steam. Console versions haven’t been officially locked in as of publishing, so if you’ve seen it listed elsewhere for PS5 or Xbox, treat that as unconfirmed until Raw Fury says otherwise. Pricing wasn’t showing on the Steam page as of writing, which isn’t unusual for a same-day launch, so check the store listing directly before buying if the number matters to you. Given the jump between minimum and recommended requirements, anyone running a mid-range rig from the last two or three years should be fine at settings above the floor.
